Mannam Ayurved Medical College was established on 2005 , it is a self financed college owned, financed and run by the Mannam Sugar Mills Co-operative Ltd. Presently the college conducts Ayurveda degree course, titled Ayurvedacharaya (B.A.M.S- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) as envisaged and regulated by the central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), New Delhi. The course is being conducted with the approval of the CCIM. The college is affiliated to the University of Kerala, Thiruvanathapuram. The examinations are being conducted by the university Degree will be awarded to the successful candidates. Mannam Ayurveda Co-operative Medical College Hospital is a reputed Ayurveda Hospital with adequate bed strength and occupancy, expert doctors and paramedical staff and sufficient inflow of patients to function as a teaching hospital. College is located in Mangaram, a serene village in Pandalam Panchayat, in pathanamthitta District. The Campus is spread over in 30 acres of land. It is 17 kms away from Chengannur Railway station and 2 kms from Pandalam bus station. The distance to Thiruvananthapuram International Airport is 110 kms and that to the Cochin International Airport (Nedumpassery) is 150 kms.

Mannam Ayurved Medical College Admission Details
- Successful completion of Plus Two course in Science subjects with 50% marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry is required. Admission is based on the list published by the Govt. Entrance Commission for the Merit Quota and as per their existing rules for the management quota.
- Seats will be filled up from the merit list issued by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Govt of Kerala . All the candidates except those under NRI quota should qualified in the Entrance Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.
