M Dasan Institute of Technology in Kozhikode

M Dasan Institute of Technology (M-DIT) is a self financed Engineering College located at Ulliyeri in Kozhikode (Kerala). M-DIT was established in the year 2010 under the patronage of M. Dasan Memorial Co-operative institute of Engineering and Information Technology. The mission of M-DIT is to provide high quality education through a creative balance of in house, academic, professional and extracurricular programs and to contribute to the nation’s technological and engineering base through innovation in education, research and transfer of concepts and results. The institute is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to University of Calicut.

Admission Procedure

For B.Tech – Academic Requirements: Eligibility – Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 50% percent marks in Mathematics and 50% percentage marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ equivalent put together or equivalent grade or 45% percent marks in Mathematics and 60% percentage marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ equivalent put together.

For M.Tech – Admissions to the M.Tech. course are done directly on the basis of merit. GATE qualified candidate are preferred. As per AICTE norms. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Candidate should obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.
