Admission
Admissions to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas take place on the basis of a selection test designed and conducted by the CBSE in the Month of February every year.The test, called the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test(JNVST) is of nonverbal nature, class neutral and so designed as to ensure that talented children from the rural areas of Kottayam district are able to compete without facing any disadvantages and also to ensure that children from far flung rural areas get admission forms free of cost without any problem.
