Believers Church Caarmel Engineering College (BCCEC) is a self financed Engineering College located in a serene and picturesque campus of about 120 acres, nestled amidst beautiful wooded hills, at an altitude of about 1000 m above mean sea level, in Perunad of Pathanamthitta Dist. on the south-eastern part of Kerala. Caarmel Engineering College (CEC) established in the year 2002 under the aegis of Caarmel Educational Trust. The institute is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Mahatma Gandi University, Kottayam. The main objective of college is develop the infrastructure facilities and human resources to provide high quality technical education for the students. To develop as a centre for applied research in traditional and frontier areas of technology through collaboration with corporate sectors, universities and research institutions.

Caarmel Engineering College has a mission is to develop a new generation of excellent engineers and managers, who would be able to lead and work innovatively in a dynamic and competitive world with a strong focus on professional ethics and life skills.

Admission Procedure

For B.Tech - Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50 % marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission. However candidates who have obtained 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission under Management Quota. For M.Tech - Admissions to the M. Tech course are done directly on the basis of merit. GATE qualified candidate are preferred. As per AICTE norms. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Candidate should obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination. For M.B.A - A pass in any Bachelor's Degree Examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree of any other universities duly recognized by M.G University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for all parts of examination or a Master's Degree examination with 50% marks in aggregate.
