Archana College of Nursing (ACN), Pathanamthitta was established or started in the year 2009 by Sri Mahalakshmi Educational, Scientific and Charitable Trust. The college is affiliated to the Kerala University. The College is running in full swing at Palamel with nearly 218 students studying in this College. The college is recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) for conducting courses in nursing.The Archana College of Nursing offers undergraduate (UG) degree course in nursing in order to create competent professionals in health care.The campus provides a calm, quiet and pleasant environment to the students, which help them in achieving their aim with dedication. Vision : The Trust is having a vision of imparting quality education in Medicine, Engineering and other Professional courses to students in Kerala State. It is also having a vision of attracting students from all over India and foreign countries by way of giving quality education. Mission : The mission of the Trust is to impart professional education to needy ones. Archana College of Nursing Admission Procedure

Eligibility for B.Sc Admission :

• Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination recognized by University of Kerala with Physics, Chemistry & Biology as optionals with the minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes with total annual family income up to Rs. 2.5 lakh will have relaxation of 5% marks.
• The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates in the State of Kerala need only a pass in the qualifying examination.
• Applicants should have 17 years of age on the 31st December 2010. No relaxation of the minimum age will be allowed.
