Eranad Knowledge City in Malappuram
Established in 2012, Affiliated to University Of Calicut
Eranad Knowledge City (EKC), is a self-financed private college located at Manjeri sprawling 100 acres of lush and beautiful land. Eranad Knowledge City promoted by qualified philanthropic professionals who had past experience in the educational and infrastructure development fields. This concept of a Knowledge City is a first of its kind in Kerala. It is set to pave the way for a radical revolution in advancing educational standards throughout Kerala. Eranad is set to be at the forefront of this revolution. Engineering courses of institute are duly recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to University of Calicut. The first phase of the project include an Engineering college, College of Architecture, College of Business Management, College of Science & Commerce and a Peace Public School offering world class Academic standards.
The second phase of the project will feature a medical college, a dental college, IT park, villas and apartments for residential purpose.

Admission Procedure
For B.Tech. - Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50 % marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission. Admissions will be strictly on the basis of merit. 50% of the seats are allotted through the Common Entrance Examination condu-cted by the Govt of Kerala. The remaining 35% Seats are under the management quota and 15% under NRI quota as per Govt. norms.
For B.Arch. - Candidates who have passed 10+2 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with Mathematics as a subject of examination, with 50% marks in aggregate / Candidates who have passed 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State Governments with 50% aggregate marks / Candidates with International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination are eligible to apply. In addition, candidates will have to score 40% marks (80 marks out of 200) in the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture). Reserved category (SC/ST/SEBC) candidates should also have obtained 40% marks in NATA, as per guidelines of Council of Architecture.
For B.Com - A pass (Eligible for Higher Studies) in the Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent, with at least one commerce subject is the eligibility for admission to the B.Com Course. Candidates who has not taken at least one commerce subject for Higher Secondary or equivalent examinations should get at least 45% of aggregate marks /24 GPV (in 6 subjects) in that examination to become eligible to seek admission to B.Com Course. A concession of 5% marks/3 GPV will be given to OBC/OEC candidates. The SC/ST candidates need get only pass mark/Eligible Higher Studies in the qualifying examination.
For B.B.A. - Any +2 or equivalent with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. SC/ST OBC and OEC will be given relations as per rules.
For B.Sc. Computer Science - Candidate who have passed (eligible for higher studies) the Higher Secondary examination with Maths/Statics/Comp.Application/Computer Science etc. one of the subjects are eligible to seek.
For B.A. Mass Comm. - Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the Higher Secondary Examination of the Kerala Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent there to are eligible for admission to the BA Mass Communication & Journalism degree course.
